Everyone there has been so wonderful and caring. They have helped me so much with the passing of my sweet Punkin. Everyone we spoke to and met were always understanding and thoughtful. This is soooo Beautiful. My daughter surprised me with doing this for KitKat and me. She knew I was heartbroken at his loss. When I received this gift, I was overwhelmed. There was so much provided, more than I would have expected. I still am overwhelmed to this day, it’s been almost a year since he passed. I’m filled with so much joy and gratefulness to my daughter and to Yadkin Valley Pet Funeral Services when I see how much my sweet boy was so lovingly cared for and how he can be remembered in all the many special and beautiful ways they provided for me to still be and feel close to him. I miss him terribly, so much, but I am comforted in the many ways his presence and memory has been preserved for me, to still be able to smile as l reflect back upon the many years that I was blessed to have with him even if through happy and a lot of “missing him very much” tears. I recently had to put my fur baby down and decided to have him cremated. They were partnered with my vets office so I had filled out and done everything there. Sadly the form I filled out did not get transported with my baby. So when I picked everything up, it was not how I wanted it. I called Ava and she was able to quickly help me and get the urn that I wanted. She let me know that there was no form with him and that’s why they done just a standard name on the front. She was very sweet and made things right. Everything was done with kindness and respect. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

My blue quaker parrot died suddenly. This facility handled his aquamation. I received the package today and was surprised by how nice everything looked. I received an engraved urn, a canvas with his foot prints, and an envelope of feathers from all over his body. I can easily use the foot prints to get a permanent tattoo on my body. The turn around was quick. I dropped him off at his vet on February 10, 2026 and his remains were ready for pickup on February 16, 2026. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet Kiwi.
